Each letter is designed, cut, built to order and made by hand. The width of each letter will depend on the letter itself. For example, I's are much more narrow than W's. We offer many sized letters ranging from 10" - 72" however, we can customize any order to your specifications. If you need letters larger than 72" - we can do that! Please contact us to discuss your preferences so we can provide you with an accurate quote.

The wood that is used on our items is reclaimed; aka - old, weathered wood. This wood has been sitting out in the elements for long periods of time. Technically, you do not need to seal our products as they only gain more character when exposed. However, it is advised that you seal your order to maintain its current character or to avoid further seasoning. If you order an item that has been painted, we do advise regular sealing to maintain its color and quality.

We can accept cancellations made within 3 days of placed order. Please note, each item is hand made to order, therefore there is a 10% non-refundable fee for cancellations to cover materials used on your order.

We work very had to build you the best custom piece at the best price possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 24 hrs of receipt.
Any product you return must be in the same condition it was received, in the original packaging, and shipped back within 7 days of receipt. Tracking info will need to be provided to us. A 20% restocking fee will be withheld from your refund and all postage is non-refundable. If items are returned damaged, there will be an additional fee relative to the extent of the damage.
Contact us within 24 hrs of receipt if your items are damaged in transit. Defective goods will be repaired or replaced, and we will work with the shipping company to cover any costs as a result.

Yes, We currently offer modest wholesale rates to anyone who would like to sell our items in their own little shop! Please contact us to discuss your needs and pricing.

We understand that sometimes you just can't wait the normal processing time for your order. Rush options are available for an additional fee. Our rush fee is $40 per item, for every week that we shave off your wait time. If a rush is needed, please contact us to see if we can squeeze your order in at a sooner date.
Please note that rush fees are non-refundable if order ships by the agreed upon date. Smith & Co Creations is not responsible for lost, late, or stolen packages while in transit.

Expedited and overnight shipping options are also available at checkout as well for at an additional rate.

In the event that an item(s) is returned to Smith & Co Creations as "undeliverable" due to incorrect address or customer refusal we will contact you upon receipt of the returned item to arrange shipment to an alternate address. Reshipment costs are at the expense of the buyer, so please carefully review your shipping address before purchasing.
Returned items will held for a maximum of 14 days from the time of receipt. All custom built sales are final.
