Do you use a protective Clear Coat to protect against stains, spills etc?

I use 3 coats of Polycrylic on all of my table tops.

**This listing is for a rustic farmhouse table made of solid pine. All tables are handmade in my shop and can be customized. I use All American made materials. Each piece of the table is sanded, stained, and tops are treated for protection against spills, stains etc.
