Once I drop the package off to USPS post office is it out of my hands. According to the USPS website, if you do not receive your package in 15 days, you can enter a Claim on their website.

You can enter a claim here: https://onlineclaims.usps.com/OICWeb/ You will need to create a account. This will start a trace and investigation on their end. All of my packages are fully insured. You will need your tracking number and purchase information when entering a claim.

In 2020 I tried to handle this myself by entering claims on behalf of my customers, calling USPS, etc... but It was to much for me to this and continue to process new orders. Last year USPS only lost 1 package of mine.

Shipping prices are determined by Etsy and the USPS. It is based on the weight of the box and the distance traveled (from me in Indiana to your State). I enter the size of the box and the weight, and Etsy and USPS does the rest. I don't make any money on shipping. Full disclosure, Etsy charges me a fee of 6.5% to use the shipping through them. I want the shipping price as low as possible too :)

Yes, the prices are much higher than my cups. Yeti doesn't offer wholesale to people like me. I have to go buy these cups at full retail price, including my local sales tax. Typical pricing for Yeti 20oz and 30oz is $60 and $65. Colors and sizes are what is currently available either local or by Amazon.

RTIC, cups will run you $40 for 20oz and $45 for 30oz, Lead times are extended due to having to special order the cups. Although RTICs are generally cheaper than a Yeti, I have to order RTICs from either amazon or RTIC directly. Sales tax and shipping charges add to the cost of the cup to get to me. Colors and sizes are what is currently available either from RTIC website or by Amazon.

Any items that USPS declares undeliverable and is returned to sender, the customer will be contacted for address confirmation and/or a alternate address. New shipping charges will be charged to customers.

Orders may be canceled before processing if the shipping address is not valid and there is no response from you when I reach out for clarification.

All packages are insured through USPS, please file a claim with USPS.

Make sure you save the box, the wrapping material and the contents inside, USPS will want to see all of it once you file the claim. I can not file the claim for you, if I try, the post office wants me to take them the items mentioned above for proof, since I and the sender, I don't have the items.
