Words can’t express my disappointment with this shop. Reviews said how quick they are so I asked if they could guarantee shipping for Christmas. She said she couldn’t control shipping but would mail the next day. I ordered and she said two days later that she had made the bags and was shipping out that day. She didn’t ship out til one day later. I paid priority (1-3 days) and it has been over 6 days and no arrival. If you want someone to ship as promised and actually pay for priority shipping that you paid for avoid this shop at all costs. Wasted 80$ for Santa bags that never came and promises not kept after specifically emailing first and being promised to ship out the next day. Poor

Response from Alex

I am so sorry that you are disappointed. It took me 3 days to fulfill your order, as indicated in my messages and advertised in the store + transit. I can never guarantee a firm delivery date, especially during the Holidays. I wish I could have fulfilled your order on the day it was placed, I was not able to because of the Christmas overload.
