This lovely stained glass heart is my JANUARY BIRTHSTONE HEART ~ Beautiful deep red for the Garnet. This is designed to be part of a collection of birthstone hearts ~ one for each month of the year. It measures 3.5 inches x 3.5 inches. The top of the heart has two lovely bevels.

Care of Stained Glass

The Stained Glass Association of America recommends minimal cleaning. Simply dust, most of the time, and, when needed, wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Please don't over wet the cloth, spray the glass, or allow water to leak between the glass panes and the window seams. And please don't use scouring pads, steel wool, or anything that contains ammonia or abrasive cleansers. If necessary, car wax may be used to shine the glass and solder lines.
