Information on proofs and reprints

Client should check final proofs on custom prints to ensure for non mistake artwork. All mistakes in text after printing will be responsibility of the client.

Refunds and Restocking Fee

All returned items are refunded (except shipping fee). All items with free shipping requires a restocking fee if returned for refund. Restocking fee is 10% of the cost of the item but not less than 5€.

If order during pandemics is late or lost

Unfortunately we are not able control smooth shipping carriers process. Because of that, we are not responsible for delays or parcel losses. Please be sure you are ready to cover your loss by yourself. We will not issue a refund for products which are lost or delayed due to shipping service providers.
