Handmade item

Digitally sculpted and 3D printed Scaled Horns. these look simply awesome! They are super lightweight, both together weigh about 100 grams. And they are remarkably strong, too. Not nearly as brittle as polymer clay horns. They are also vegan and biodegradable.

The horns are sold unpainted. They take most paints well, enamel being the best, acrylic paint can be used if you seal it. As you can see they are very versatile just depending where you put them on the headband.

The included band has lots of holes so you can place the horns high or low. The horns are held on by a recessed screw so it will not touch your head.

The band also allows for more sets of horns or ears made by us!
In order for the band to fit everyone it will need to be reshaped to better fit your head. Just very carefully heat it with a heat gun or over a stove burn and bend it gently into a new shape.

It takes a literally 24 hours to print the horns, but I try to keep one set on hand at all times.

We have improved the screw mount for the headbands. In the last picture you can see we have improved the screw mount. They are now embedded so there is no more slipping. We are thrilled with this coming out in time for Halloween.

These are bigger than I expected, but thats on me. We did have sand down the underside a bit, but then got them painted and voila! The headband is WAY too hard and too small for even my small head, I would have a headache and indents in my skull after wearing it for less than 5 minutes, so we have to find another option for mounting. All in all, a good product and for the price, it's worth figuring things out on my own.
