These earrings feature teardrops I've formed and soldered from 14k gold filled wire. Deceptively simple, these charming earrings have a minimalist feel, complete with a very lightly hammered finish that catches the light. Simple, but sizable. Very lightweight and easy to wear. Sterling silver posts, earring backs included.

It's a bit more rare to find soldered jewelry that uses 14k gold filled metal, as it can be a bit tricky to solder on, but I think the end result is beautiful and worth the effort and a much more affordable option than solid gold.

Gold filled is a layer of real gold bonded to another metal. Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plate as filled has 100% more gold than plated gold.
