Custom and personalized orders

We love custom orders! Please message us with your request and we'll be happy to help you out. We regret that we cannot offer refunds on custom orders unless they are not as described in the custom item listing. If your order is returned to sender, you may pay an additional shipping fee to have your order sent to a new address within 30 days of notification. After 30 days, undeliverable items will be considered abandoned, and be resold or discarded as Geek Parade sees fit.

We typically ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you need your order shipped out asap or with expedited shipping, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help!

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer gift wrapping, but most items (excluding hats and bags) come in beautiful blue envelopes perfect for gifting. To preserve the environment, we do not include printed receipts; only a small thank-you note and business card. If you would like a printed receipt, there are print options available on your Purchases page.

Return to Sender orders

If your order has been returned to sender by USPS, Geek Parade will refund the item cost of non-custom, undamaged items. We are not able to refund any applicable shipping and handling charges.

This embroidered patch measures approximately 3.5" x 2". Made in the USA, this patch features red thread on black cotton twill background fabric. Colors may vary slightly from the picture depending on your monitor settings.

Iron-on patches include a cut-to-size piece of Wonder Web fusible web separate from your patch and an instruction sheet. Hook-and-loop patches include black or white hook tape sewn onto your patch. Loop side tape is not included.
