The customization was what I wanted. Order placed on 8/11 for delivery estimated between 17/11 and 27/11.. the product was not sent. Follow-up on Etsy..mail.. Instagram.. response from the seller specifying a shipment on 29/11.. follow-up on the 3 networks on 4/12 because product still not sent.. in short sent on 5/12. Delivery or deposit problems may occur, but the least we can do is communicate and warn of a probable delay... or explain why the products have not been sent.
