Be sure to include any original packaging and invoices/receipts so that we can process your return. Please include your receipt or order number with your return package. All custom orders are non-returnable.

The earrings are beautiful. There is NO misrepresentation in the description of the size - but the photos give the illusion to your eye that they are a bit bigger than they are.. So I was a bit surprised when I opened the box. They are the size of a pin head. Having said that - they are beautiful. The clutch on the back is well made with a little extra flair. The color of the stone is gorgeous and the cut for such a tiny stone packs a nice presence. Packaged well. My only reason for not going all out on 5 stars for shipping was that it was very slow. Would definitely order from this shop again though. Beautiful selections. I just need to use a ruler for reference when I order next time.
