How long will it take for my item to ship?

Generally, all physical items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once an item has shipped, you’ll be notified with the tracking information. Though we ask that you allow the full number of days for processing, many items will ship out sooner.

How long does domestic shipping take?

I offer several options for shipping at checkout -- all with applicable time ranges. Please note that those time frames represent the amount of time shipping will take AFTER processing (see above). For domestic orders, the free shipping included is USPS First Class or UPS Ground, which usually takes between 2-10 days domestically. If you'd like something quicker, please select "USPS Priority" at checkout.

Do you ship outside the US?

I’ve teamed up with print partners to be able to offer local production in the following countries: United Kingdom - orders will come from facilities located in the United Kingdom European Union - orders will come from facilities located in the Netherlands Australia - orders will come from facilities located in Australia Canada – orders will come from facilities located in the US All prints in Canada and Australia, as well a canvas orders worldwide, are produced in the listed size in inches. Print orders being shipped to anywhere in the UK or EU are converted into the nearest standard centimeter size. See listing description for more details. IF APPLICABLE, BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CUSTOMS TAXES & DUTIES.

What if my item arrives damaged?

All damaged, defective and incorrect items are eligible for full replacement only. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us with a description of the damage and, if possible, pictures via Etsy's messaging system within 72 hours of delivery. Additionally, there will be no need to send the damaged items back.

Do you offer a framing option?

At this time, we are not offering framing. As per the description and last featured image, all display photos with frames are for mockup purposes only. You can find the framed option for all of my artwork on my website -- jettyhome.com

What is your return policy?

As everything is made to order due to the large number of paintings and sizes I offer, I am able to offer exchanges only. For your item to be eligible for an exchange, it must be unused and in all of the original packaging (including any plastic wrapping). If you’d like to initiate an exchange, please contact us prior to mailing anything back so I can provide the correct return address. Exchange must be initiated and shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped to me in California. Tracking needs to be provided as soon as the return is shipped or else the exchange will be rejected.

Can you customize colors?

On many of my illustrations I am more than happy to customize colors! Please message me PRIOR to purchasing the listing to confirm that color customization is available for the piece you are interested in. The color customization will not be honored if we are not contacted prior to purchase. Please note that once a design is customized with a color it is not eligible for return or exchange. I cannot offer color customizations on watercolors or paintings.

How do sizes for triptych and diptych sets work?

The sizes listed in the drop-down menu for all triptych/three-piece and diptych/two-piece sets represent each of the three individual pieces that make up this triptych. So for an 11x14” print set, that means that each of the three pieces is 11x14”. If laid side-by-side they would measure 33" across.

How will my order be packaged?

Smaller print sizes are able to be shipped flat with minimal risk of damage. We protect our fine art paper prints by placing them in a plastic bag before shipping. After being bagged, art prints up to 8x10” are mailed inside cardboard stay-flat envelopes. Prints 11x14” and larger are rolled and mailed inside kraft mailing tubes to prevent shipping damage. Our stretched canvas prints are bagged in a protective plastic layer, and then sealed in a corrugated box before shipping.

How do I frame my prints without damaging them?

Smaller prints are shipped flat and ready to frame! Larger prints may require some time to relax before framing. They are shipped in a tube to prevent creasing or folding during shipment. We suggest rolling your print in the opposite direction of the curl around the tube and lightly taping it in this position (be sure to keep the print inside the plastic packaging to avoid damage from the adhesive). After about an hour your print should be much flatter and easier to frame. You can also simply unpackage the prints and let them rest for a day or two in a safe place. Another option is to lay them flat and place a book on each end, please make sure to do so on a hard even surface to prevent any creases.

-- PAPER PRINTS --

Our prints are carefully made in California with the highest quality materials, providing for crisp and vibrant colors. Each print is printed on 100% pure cotton 340 GSM (21 mil) cold-pressed bright white art paper with archival grade pigment inks. Please note that NO frame is included.

The paper we use for prints replicates that of traditional watercolor papers – featuring a textured surface that supports a wide color gamut. It's also acid-free, which gives the pigments in the print a longer life. All prints are printed with no bleed.

-- CANVAS --

Each canvas is carefully crafted in California with the highest quality materials, providing for crisp and vibrant colors. All canvases are 1.5” thick. Stretched canvases come wrapped around a kiln dried pine stretcher bars, ensuring that the canvas does not bow over time. Designs are printed on thick archival grade canvas with genuine OEM pigment inks, which will resist fading for over 100 years.

After the canvas is printed it’s sprayed with an ultra-protective laminate coat to make the canvas waterproof, scratch and UV light resistant. The canvas is also sprayed with a premium satin coating that provides a soft luster finish with a subtle natural looking sheen, while keeping glare to a minimum. Canvas will arrive with hardware already installed for quick and easy hanging. Please note that no frame is included.

All artwork is part of Prints by Jetty Home's exclusive collection, which features many nautical, woodland, abstract and beach themes - perfect as nursery wall art, kids room decor, gender neutral wall print or as a new baby gift.

FRAME NOT INCLUDED. Pictures are for mockup purposes only.

Absolutely beautiful! Can’t wait to find either a thin gold frame or a white frame to put this in for next year’s holiday decoration! It’s subtle enough to leave up for awhile and doesn’t scream Christmas and Santa and red and green, but it’s enough to remind you of one of the true reasons and meaning of Christmas. I got it in plenty of time and even accidentally ordered the wrong thing the first time and she was delightful in helping me figure out what it was I actually wanted (and thought I’d ordered) and helping me work through getting that handled. I’d buy more from her in a heartbeat—actually have a few things I keep eyeing already. Would highly recommend her to anyone. I got the print with a beautiful wreath and joy painted in gold inside in a 5x7. World Market has a frame I’m waiting to come back in and it’ll be done!!
