****CUSTOMIZATION RULES****

+ If you type in ALL CAPS your customization will appear in ALL CAPS

+ Customizations that are too long will make the letters small and hard to read so please stick to shorter customizations so your mat looks best

+ Please be detailed in specific in your customization notes, if we have to make multiple changes to your proof this could push out your ship date so please write detailed notes when you order

Because this item is customized, we cannot accept returns.

Our doormats are made with high quality, 100% natural coir. They are approximately 1” thick and come in a variety of sizes. All mats are backed with a slip-resistant PVC rubber backing. We use high quality, cured UV ink to help prevent fading.

To clean the mat, shake it out and/or sweep with a broom. Decorative mats are not meant for heavy use. To prolong the life of the mat, keep in dry, sheltered area. Do not scrub design or saturate in water. All mats are different and unique. Some may be darker or lighter than the photo or have variances of colour in the mat. Since coir is made from the husks of coconuts, some fibers might be thicker or thinner than others. There may also be chunks of the husks in the fibers.

*Please note that we only send proofs for completely custom design and not until after purchase. Any pre-designed mats, including doormats with family names, do not get proofs.*
