Q. How do you make your lap trays?

A. Our lap trays are handmade in the UK by us, using a manufactured wood frame, cushion padded base using beanbag filling, and a vibrant print protected by industrial grade laminate.

Q. How do I clean my lap tray?

A. Cleaning our lap trays can be as simple as a wipe with a damp cloth. The frame is wrapped, combined with the laminate on the image, making the materials easy to clean. Use a damp cloth and or everyday cleaning products such as surface wipes and sprays/soaps.

Q. How do I send a Photo for a Design Your Own product?

A. Please send any and all images and personalisation in a message to us on Etsy Conversations, or as an email to info@yoosh.co.uk, please include your order details when emailing us.

Q. Will my image be ok?

A. Image print quality depends on a number of factors, but we are here to help. If you would like to check an image during your ordering process, please send it to us, and we can do checks for you. For any order of a Design Your Own product, we will check for print quality and the size of the image/images and if they can fit on the product with no issues.

Q. Do you except returns?

A. You can return your item within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not accept returns on personalised products unless there is a fault with the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Q. My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

A. Damaged items during transport will be replaced provided photographic evidence is emailed of the damage. We require this to help us with our claim against the courier company. When photographic evidence has been received a replacement will be dispatched.

When can I expect my order?

A. We aim to dispatch any order within 1 working day, with some being the Same Day! Standard UK delivery is a Royal Mail 48, who estimate a delivery to be made within 2-5 working days. Faster services can be found at the checkout/basket. International deliveries are longer for delivery, but we aim to use the most reliable and fastest possible couriers, who aim to make delivery within 2 weeks. Faster services are based on location, we can always look for you, before an order is placed.
