Every order is personalized and made only for you that's why Slovenian law does not accept returns. Within 8 days after recivement, you can place reclamation if there is a failure or malfunction of the mailbox that is not caused by the buyer or third parties.

Every Rok mailbox is in the handmade felt bag so you can give it away without wrapping.

Care instruction are attached with the mailbox.

Is it the Rok Mailbox waterproof?

The Rok Mailbox is not waterproof. In case of heavy rain, the water can leak into the mailbox by the slot for the postman. Rarely, but can happen. In such case, the amount of water which leaks into the mailbox is so small that the post doesn’t even get humid. Anyway, as a precaution, we have implemented holes in the bottom of the tray so that if any water finds its way in the mailbox it drains immediately away.

You can choose 3 RAL colors with a fine matte structure: - anthracite gray RAL7016 - black RAL9005 - light gray RAL7047 But we can make any RAL color. Price and production time may change.

What mean LEFT opening and what RIGHT opening of the mailbox?

When you look at the mailbox frontally, and the key-lock door is on your right side, then the opening is RIGHT. When you look at the mailbox frontally, and the key-lock door is on your left side, then the opening is LEFT. Please see the draft in each listing photo gallery.

On the left or right side. Please see the attached picture. The opposite side has a flap for the mailman.

• How big is the mail slot?
wide 3 cm (1,18 inches)

• Can I customize the size of the mail slot opening?
It's only one size slot. If you need a narrow opening, please let us know.

• Is the mailbox waterproof?
If there’s heavy rain, some water might get inside. It doesn’t happen often, but it’s possible. Usually, it’s just a tiny amount, and it drains out pretty easily.

• Are there drainage holes in case water gets inside?
Yes, at the bottom of the tray.

• How many keys come with the mailbox?
2 keys.

• What material is the mailbox made of?
From Eco-friendly galvanized steel. It's a hot-rolled black steel with an applied layer of zinc, which protects against the effects of the weather. It's covered by powder coating.

• Is the personalized plate removable?
Yes.

• Can the mailbox accommodate large mail items?
It's suitable for large storage.

• How long is the warranty period?
1-year warranty.

• What does the warranty cover?
If there is a failure or malfunction of the mailbox that is not caused by the buyer or third parties, the warranty may be exercised within the warranty period of one year from the date of the purchase of the product.

• How thick is the metal used in construction?
Up to 1,5 mm. It's thicker than most other mailboxes.

• Does the mailbox have a separate compartment for newspapers?
Yes.

• Are care instructions or maintenance tips enclosed?
You get them in the package but you have to provide screws by yourself - they have to be suitable for your background.
