Order Issues & Replacements Policy

We want you to love your TEMPÊTE piece! If you receive the wrong item or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can assist you. Replacements Only: Due to the made-to-order nature of our designs, we do not offer refunds. However, if there was an error on our end, we are happy to offer a replacement within the 10-day window. Timeframe: We cannot guarantee replacements for issues reported after 10 days from the delivery date. Condition: Items must be unworn and in original condition for an exchange to be processed. For any concerns, please reach out promptly—we’re happy to help!

Will I have to pay customs and duties?

We offer international shipping to a range of countries, including the UK, US, France, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, and more. Please note that for international orders, buyers should anticipate potential duties and taxes. Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

What if my order is lost or stolen?

Though we always strive to provide a superior customer experience, mail couriers on occasion experience lost/stolen/damaged packages. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the couriers, and would not be able to reimburse you in the event that your package gets lost or stolen if the signature requirement was waived. We’d recommend that you contact the courier directly as they are best positioned to remediate the issue.
