Please contact us immediately. All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Custom products such as Custom Size Paper & Printed items or Merchandise cannot be canceled or returned if they have already been made. Orders are often being assembled within 1 hour of the order placement.

If the order has left our facility, it will need to be returned, and will be treated as a return. At this point the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

1. E-mail info@artsyly.com to receive your Return Authorization. Please include your full name and order number in the e-mail. *Merchandise returned without Return Authorization will not receive a refund.

2. Package the returned merchandise with extreme care. Returns damaged during transit will not receive a refund. Damaged returns are discarded immediately and cannot be returned to sender. *Do not wrap or package merchandise directly with newspaper (the ink smears on the cardstock). See Packing tips

3. Include a copy of the order invoice.

4. Mail to the below address via the least expensive postal method. Return shipping expenses are not typically refunded.
