Do you accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through the Etsy message system during the order process. We will try to accommodate this request, but if the order is already in production, it may be too late to make a change.

Do you send photos before you ship custom items?

We have high volume production days, we only send a photo if you ordered as a gift with the gift note. Clicking that the item is a gift, we won't send a photo since oftentimes customers select that option, but still have the item delivering to themselves. We do want you to be able to see your purchase if it is delivering to someone else.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item is damaged during shipping, $100 insurance is included on every package. You can submit a claim to the carrier (USPS or FedEx). When submitting an insurance claim, you'll need to have a photo of the item plus the shipping package for proof of damage. If you want additional shipping beyond $100, please let me know and I'll quote you for the additional insurance before shipping.**NOTE any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

Wholesale availability

Yes, we do offer wholesale. Kute Kiddo is trademarked and the seersucker products and beach towels are Kute Kiddo branded. You can order directly from us. I will need a resell certificate to begin the wholesale process.

Your business made a mistake on my order.

I do make mistakes. If I send the wrong name, item, color, font, or thread color please reach out to me. We can either offer a discount or allow a return so we can remake it correctly. When it comes to the color on your screen, it may appear slightly different in person.

If you have specified a font, but typed the personalization information in ALL CAPS, we will use the font you have specified, but in ALL CAPS unless that font is a SCRIPT font. That does not apply if you are ordering a single initial or 3 letter monogram in which case, no matter the font, we will use ALL CAPS.

If you ever have a question what a specific letter, name, or character looks like in a specific font, please reach out. We can create a mock up of a name or set of initials, or send you whole alphabets in the font of your choice so you know what each letter looks like.

I didn't provide thread or font on my item.

That's ok. You can send us a message and let us know your requests. If we don't hear from you, we will select the font and thread color for you. It'll be complimentary to the item you purchase. For example, on the seersucker items, we will use the best color for the item. (navy backpack with navy thread). However on beach towels we won't use the same color as the towel. We will pick something that looks good with it.

Your lime backpacks look like 2 different colors of trim. Are the photos off?

We switched manufacturers and the lime backpacks have 2 different colors. The small backpacks have a bright lime green trim. The large backpacks have a soft sage green trim. I do have large backpacks with the bright green trim too, but in most cases I'm moving through older inventory first. The lime lunch boxes are in the sage green (NOT LIME TRIM). I will help you with thread color to make sure a green you picked doesn't clash.

Can I see a font preview?

Yes there are a couple different ways to do this. First of all, I use true type font names - meaning the font name is the real name. The only exception is Kute Font and Fancy. You can do a Google search to see the letters and put in an example. Another option, is send us the name/initials you want to preview and we will send you our font sheet in that name using the different fonts. Once the item is stitched, I cannot make a font change. If I made a mistake and you received the item in the wrong font, we will work on a solution to correct the error. These adorable insulated lunch totes are an absolute must! They are perfect for school, office for a trip to the lake, or sporting events. Cute Easter Bag that won't melt the chocolate when using cooler bag inside.

The lunch totes measure 10"x5"x7" and have a front zippered pocket where we embroider but can hold utensils too. They are insulated and lined. They do hold a six pack of drinks.
