How do I download my digital file if I purchase as a guest?

If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

Can I get a refund on a digital item?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges on digital files due to the nature of the item.

How do I know I am purchasing a digital item?

First, the item image will have the INSTANT DOWNLOAD sign on the top left corner of the photo. Secondly, you’ll see in the title and tags INSTANT DOWNLOAD, printable or digital files. Third, the listing’s description will state that a digital file(s) will be sent instantly once purchased. Please read everything before checking out.

What files will I receive?

You will receive either a PDF or two files in the format of a JPG or PDF, which is accessible upon purchase from the invoice page.
