RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Returns and exchange details Because most of my items are considered "one time use" products (decorations like garlands or centerpieces) for a shower, wedding, party or special event, I am unable to accept returns or give refunds. IF THE ITEM IS WRONG: If the item I sent you is the wrong item please contact me FIRST before leaving a negative review. I send you the item as pictured so if it is wrong it is an honest mistake. Please Convo Me immediately. Keep ALL of the original packaging , box label intact, cushioning, tissue, items, enclosures

If you need more than a few dozen pieces of any one particular item ask me for a custom order so we can work out shipping time as larger orders will, of course, take me longer to make and secure supplies for your order.

30% Cancellation Fee for supplies ordered

All of the Items Offered in My Shop are considered Custom/Personalized items in that I order/make them just to fill your order. I order supplies for your item as soon as an order comes in, therefore, I do not offer cancellations of orders. In the rare event a cancellation is agreed upon a 30% Fee will be withheld from the refund for supplies. If it is a particularly large order the the 30% is significant you are welcome to pay to have your supplies shipped to you as your property. If the items have already begun to be made we can make arrangements for you to buy all or parts of the partially made items with your 30% cancellation fee withheld.
