Refill packet of gentle gel sticky pads for re-usable false nails or press-ons, various sizes

All my nail sets come with a packet of these gentle sticky gel pads as standard. If you buy more than one set of nails, there will be one packet of gel pads per set of nails included in your parcel.

Of course my nails are re-usable so when you run out of the sticky gel pads you can order more here. This listing is for one packet but you can add more to your order if desired.

TO APPLY the nails: first ensure that your own natural nails are clean and dry. It is recommended to cleanse the nail plate by rubbing with a little acetone or rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) to ensure it is free of oils.

Although the nail packs include a complimentary nail file, this is for SHAPING your natural and false nails, DO NOT use it to buff the top of your nail surface, as this is not needed and is harmful to the health of your natural nails.

Select the nail size that best fits the nail, you can file down the edges of a larger one if you are between sizes.

Select a sticky gel pad that best fits the nail. It doesn't have to cover the entire nail, peel it from the backing sheet, keeping the plastic tab part attached for now.

Place the gel pad on the nail and press down firmly on the plastic tab backing to ensure its securely adhered to your nail, then peel off the plastic tab.

Next place the chosen false nail over your nail and the gel pad, ensure its lined up as you wish then press down firmly and hold for a couple of seconds.

Avoid getting your hands greasy/oily or submerging them in hot water for too long while wearing the falsies.

I advise to carry the small packet of gel pads in your pocket or purse in case you manage to pop a nail off, so you can quickly and easily re-attach it.

TO REMOVE: fill a sink or bowl with hand-hot water, feel free to add a little bubble bath, bath oil, mani bomb or other relaxing treatment if desired. Soak your hands for a while and gently use the orange wood stick supplied to prise the false nail off.

Alternatively you can rub in (or soak) the nails in a little cuticle oil or even olive oil to instantly release the adhesive.

Next peel the used up gel pad from each nail and discard. Ensure the falsies are clean and dry (rub with alcohol but NOT acetone to cleanse any oil off the falsies) and keep them in an envelope or similar to re use again another time.

*ACETONE WILL DESTROY THE FALSE NAILS!*

Once you have removed the false nails remember to treat your natural nails to some good cuticle oil and hand moisturiser to finish.

Unlike traditional nail glue, these gel pads are gentle on your nails and should not remove layers of your natural nail even if accidentally ripped off, allowing your natural nails to grow long and strong.
