The designs / illustrations may not be reproduced, resold in part or in whole, be uploaded to the internet, distributed, or be used for any commercial means, without prior agreement.

Most items are ready to ship in 3-5 working days but the delivery time will depend on the country of manufacture (UK or USA depending on the item, see individual listings) and the country of delivery.

Custom illustrations, including custom pet portraits, may take up to 3 weeks due to the nature of the design process. See individual listings for specific shipping times.

Absolutely! I love creating custom orders and all my illustrations can be applied to all of my products. Please send me a message with a photograph of your pet for a free, no obligation quote.

Please note that the quote will vary depending on the level of detail required to create your custom order - For example drawing a pet tiger (!) with all of it's unique markings would be far more detailed and time consuming than drawing a cat with no markings!

Please note, due to their nature custom orders are not eligible for cancelation, refunds or exchanges.

Most of my items are offered with the choice of 5 signature BeeFoxTree colours, however, if you would prefer a different colour to match your own accessories or décor please contact me PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER and include a colour swatch for me to work from. I will send you a no obligation proof and details of how to place the order through the Etsy shop.

Please note that it will not be possible to create an exact match due to slight variations in monitor settings and the paint / printing process.

If a return is agreed, BeeFoxTree will refund the original payment, including the original postage, on receipt of the returned item.
