How do i send you my party information?

Add the item(s) to your cart. In your Etsy cart, there is a small box to enter text below the item that you are ordering. It will say "NOTE TO SELLER" above it. Enter the information there or you can simply send us a message in Etsy with your personalizations before or after checking out. Please check the description of the item you are purchasing for full details on what information we need from you to complete your order. Missing information will result in delays and we will not start your order until we've received all information needed.

Where is my INSTANT DOWNLOAD item? I don´t see it in my email...

Check your spam account. If it's not there, then login to ETSY click on YOU, then PURCHASES and you will see the link to download.

Unfortunately, we do not offer printed services. However, the digital files can be printed at home or at print centers.

How is the best way to print my files?

You can print as a JPG, PDF or PNG. JPG files are photo files- Upload to any online photo website, or print from a photo lab such as Walmart, Walgreens, Costco and online line at sites like Shutterfly.com PDF files (2 invitations per page) are for printing from home or at your local copy center such as Staples or Officemax. Print, trim and cut to size if applicable. Cards are best printed on a heavy matte cardstock (80-110 lb weight) For Bags and Boxes, heavier the paper, stronger your item will be!

How do I edit my order?

Please make sure you have read the item description to see what type of item you are purchasing. Some of our designs are editable, some are non editable and we customize them for you. Your final design should contain 75% of my image and the remaining 25% should be your own input. • You cannot split the image into any separate digital elements.
