IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

ETSY'S METHOD OF CALCULATING SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS USUALLY RESULTS IN A SHIPPING CHARGE MUCH LARGER THAN THE ACTUAL COST. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT HAVE THE TECHNICAL ABILITY TO CHANGE THE AMOUNT ETSY ADDS TO THE BILL IN ADVANCE. HOWEVER, WE WILL REFUND ANY OVERAGE ONCE THE ACTUAL SHIPPING LABEL IS CREATED AND THE TRUE AMOUNT IS KNOWN.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.

KATHY AND MARC

Unfortunately, once we put a package in the hands of the USPS we lose control over it. Between staff shortages in the time of a global pandemic and issues caused by the reported reorganization of the post office, customers are experiencing delays in receiving their purchases.

Our advice is to expect First Class shipping to take 7-10 days depending on your location. If you require faster transport, please consider choosing Priority. Please use the tracking number you receive from Etsy to check the package's status. We appreciate your patience.

Thank you for visiting our Etsy shop.

WE WILL SEND A PROOF WITHIN 48 HOURS. PLEASE REVIEW AND RESPOND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID DELAYS IN SHIPPING.
