If an item you receive is faulty please be aware you will need to send photographic evidence, this is to help me decide on a suitable course of action (repair, refund or replace). It is especially important when damage has been done during transit as we need this to make a claim with the delivery service. You may also be required to return the product to receive a refund. High quality little book keychain. It's super cute, and the seller even warned it would be arriving after Christmas just so I was aware. It did come a little late, but I don't blame the seller because I live really far away. It even has tiny pages, which I wasn't expecting!
