This listing is for a high resolution JPEG digital file that has been customized with your event information - no physical items will be shipped. If you need a PDF, please request that before your final file is sent to your email. DOUBLE SIDED invitations are sent as TWO individual files (One front. One back). File is delivered electronically through Etsy convo and email. You can print this from home or have it professionally printed.

HOW TO PURCHASE

• Select file size & set-up from drop down menu.
• Add item to your shopping cart.
• In the “Notes to Seller” box, enter all the information you want included on the design (name, date, time, address, etc.).
• FOR PHOTO INVITATIONS: You can send the photo to me via Etsy convo or to my email at pristineprintco(at)gmail.com
• You will receive your customized proof within 2 BUSINESS DAYS via Etsy convo.
• Rush Processing: If you need item as a rush, please contact me BEFORE purchasing to see if it can be accommodated. I cannot always do rush processing. A $5 rush fee will apply if it can be done.
• You will have the opportunity to review the proof, and ONE round of proof revisions is allowed.
• Your 300DPI high resolution file will be sent to the email address linked with your Etsy account within 24 hours of proof approval. You can use this file to print from home or have it printed professionally.

HOURS & PROCESSING TIMES

This is a part-time business. Orders are worked on in the evenings Monday – Saturday. I am closed on Sundays and holidays.

• Proofs: Within 2 business days of payment and receipt of all information for the proof.
• Revisions: Within 24 hours of revision request.
• Final copy: Within 24 hours of proof approval.

• Please note colors may vary when printed due to how monitors and printers read colors differently, printer settings, etc.
• Changes to graphics, fonts, background, language, and design layout are not included. Please contact me to discuss a custom design and price.
