DESCRIPTION: This circle pin was made in the 1950s and is crafted with silver tone metal. It is trimmed with an open work, triangle shape geometric design. The circle pin was very popular during the 1950s and 1960s. Typically, boys gave them to girls when they were "going steady" - a term used to indicate their exclusive relationship. The brooch will be shipped in a gift box with jeweler's cotton.

DIMENSIONS: 1 1/4 inches in diameter

CONDITION: The brooch is in excellent condition.

PROVENANCE: Obtained from an online estate auction in North Aurora, IL.

USE: This lovely brooch can be worn on any dress, business suit lapel, or sweater. It's the perfect accessory for the office or when going out to dinner.
