I never received my item even though it says delivered. The shop was contacted and I was basically told “too bad” terrible customer service

Unfortunately, your issue isn’t with me. It’s with the post office. If your item is marked as delivered and you are claiming non-receipt, you’re welcome to file a report for postal fraud. Once you submit a copy to me we’d be happy to remake/resend your item, but otherwise there is no recourse on my side, as USPS will not pay out insurance claims for packages shown as delivered. I’m sorry you feel that request was unreasonable but that is the process we have in place to protect both our business and our customers. You weren’t told “too bad” you were told you would need to investigate this with the delivering post office and you chose not to.
