Will colours appear as they do on my screen?

Although they shouldn’t vary too much, colours can appear differently on your monitor than they do in real life.

Are the necklaces/keyrings waterproof?

All items are water resistant but are not waterproof.

Your order will ship with tracking if you upgrade to a tracked service at the checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address.

If your shipping address is incorrect please contact me as soon as possible and as long as your package hasn’t shipped I will alter the address for you. If your package has already shipped you will need to wait for the package to be returned to me and you will need to pay for the shipping to have it re-shipped, please ensure your address is correct when you place your order to ensure it isn’t returned to sender. I can only be responsible for orders that I have been given the correct address for.

All items will ship in individual gift bags. If your order is being sent directly to a gift recipient please don't worry, there is no invoice/pricing inside the package, the order confirmation is sent to you by email.

My order hasn’t arrived.

Royal Mail only considers a package to be lost two weeks after the estimated delivery date, but if you order hasn't arrived after this time please get in touch and I'll be more than happy to help.

They are made from silver or bronze plated metal alloy, free of lead and nickel. They are made with love in my smoke-free studio.

Pendants measure a little over 1 inch wide and necklace chains come in a choice of 16 or 24 inches. Necklaces and keyrings come in a choice of silver or bronze, shown in the photos.

Orders are sent 2nd class with Royal Mail as standard. 2nd class is not a trackable service so if you require tracking or a faster service you can upgrade to Royal Mail's Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 at the checkout.
