We must be contacted prior to returning an item. We require the invoice number and date of your order, as well as the reason for return. We will give you an authorization number, which will need to be included in the return. Items returned without the authorization number will NOT be refunded. Items to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused condition. Moccasins worn outdoors are not eligible to be returned, unless you were given authorization from us to do so.
Authorized refunds will be issued within five business days after our receipt and inspection of returned item(s). Refund does not include shipping costs, and buyer pays for return shipping. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please refer to our size charts to find your moccasin size. If your measurements are not listed on our chart, we include custom measuring information on each listing, however please contact us if you have any issues. Custom-made moccasins are NOT returnable. Your moccasins may fit snug when you first put them on, and with the nature of leather and the non-lasted form of construction, this is normal. Wear them around the house for a few hours and you should feel the leather start to stretch and fit to your foot. If you have any questions, please contact us!

Black Jacket Tackle Handle Holders have been designed to fit our personal collection of Lodge cast iron cookwear, but are versatile and fit many applications. However, we always welcome requests for custom-ordered handle holders for specific cookwear for consideration. If your project is accepted, additional lead times and pricing may apply.

The easiest and best way to measure for our moccasins is to do a foot tracing. Standing on a piece of paper, trace around each foot, keeping the pen or pencil upright all the way around. After you trace each foot, you will measure for length and width. Measure length from your longest toe to the heel, then width at the widest part of the foot, just beneath the toes. Include these measurements in CM or MM on your order for custom-sized moccasins, or just to be sure a size ordered is correct.

To measure an instep, you will start at the floor on the outside of your foot, just in front of the ankle area. Take the soft tape measure or a string up and over the top of the foot, again just in front of the ankle, and back down to the floor on the inside of the foot. It should make a rainbow of sorts over the top of the foot. If you have questions, contact us and we will do our best to assist you. We can also provide pictures to help show how and where this measurement is taken. Please include this measurement in CM or MM for custom moccasins - orders placed without the instep will not be processed until we receive this information.

For any custom or personalized orders beyond what is offered on each item's listing, we require up to 5 business days on top of the listed processing time. This time will vary between items, and the degree of customization. Any and all customized orders are NOT eligible for return. Custom sized moccasins WILL REQUIRE foot tracings and instep measurements or they will not be started until we receive this information. All measurements should be in CM or MM, as this is far more accurate than inches.

Cleaning and care varies on different materials. Please use the following as a guide:
Suede leather: Use a stiff-bristled brush to remove excess dirt; use a suede-approved cleaner to remove stubborn stains. Our moccasins are not waterproof, so you may wish to coat them with a protectant. Follow manufacture's directions.

Naked leather: Naked leathers have no protective coating, so they will patina and gain character as they are worn. Use smooth-leather approved cleaners and conditioners.

Grained leather: Several of our leathers are coated with a protective coating from the tannery to protect the leather. Use smooth-leather approved cleaners and conditioners, or a warm cloth with mild soap to clean.
