Ultimately returned the item because the fabric was too rough as a couch cover. The seller is accommodating but slow to respond and took two weeks to issue a refund.

I am very sorry that you were dissatisfied with your throw. Also, it is extremely important to me that every customer is happy with their entire experience, so I'm sorry that yours was less than stellar. The throw is made with 100% linen, so I am surprised you found it to be rough. As with all linen products, it does get softer with each wash. Regarding your refund, the reason that it took that amount of time was because the package you sent me was addressed incorrectly and was therefore delivered to the wrong house. I didn't find this out until you told me that the package should have already been delivered. That same day, I was able to retrieve the package, and issued your full refund. If there's anything else I could do at this point to make your experience a more positive one, I would be happy to do so.
