What items do you make?

As a Sports Bride, I specialize in everything sports themed (save the dates, invitations, place cards, programs, table signs, thank you cards, etc.) for any event, wedding, baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, bar or bat mitzvahs, corporate/business events, holiday cards, pregnancy/birth announcements and graduation invitations. Any design can be changed to be for a different event/theme. I can also do more traditional stationery. And if you don't see what you're looking for, just click on the “Request a Custom Order” underneath the photos! Every sample in my shop is a custom design I have made for someone else. I look forward to helping you make your event’s stationery everything you imagine it to be!

What are your current turn around times?

I currently have a toddler and am always working around her schedule, so at the moment my order completion times are around 2-4 weeks (from the time I receive all of your event’s information and photos to having them in your hands). If you need your order ASAP, be sure to either select the "Rush My Order" Shipping upgrade at checkout, or add it on after the fact by purchasing it here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/544829768/ I always take care of open orders before general questions, so if you want to get things started right away, be sure to place your order.

You can rush your order by choosing the “Rush My Order! Move me to the front of the line” Shipping Upgrade option at checkout. You will be moved ahead of all of my other open orders and I will respond to your messages, get to work on your proofs and print your order first.

Can I leave Feedback?

YES! I love getting positive feedback, and I really love seeing your pictures of everything all set up! You can leave feedback either through the email Etsy will send after your order is delivered, or by going to your Etsy receipts. I’m more than happy to help you find them.

Can I get a different quantity of invitations, just RSVPs, purple colored envelopes, etc.?

The answer to all of the above is YES! I have designed everything you see in my shop from scratch, all you have to do is ask and I'll let you know how I can make you what you'd like.

What if I want to cancel my order?

There are no cancellations / refunds on Instant Downloads. If you ordered anything else and wish to cancel your order after the first set of proofs have been sent, your order will be changed to be for a DIY Template and you will receive digital print templates of your last proof that you may do with as you wish. If you ordered Post-it Notes and proofs have been sent, your order will be downsized to be for 1 pad + shipping.

Production Process:
Due to the large amount of design time needed for these custom programs, please order at least 3 to 4 weeks ahead of your wedding or event. If you need your programs sooner than that please choose the "Rush My Order!" Shipping Upgrade at Check out.

- Sample Pack (Not Personalized) -
To see a variety of pre-printed samples of an existing design first (via snail mail) select “Sample Pack” from the drop-down menu. In the NOTES TO SELLER: at checkout feel free to include a link to the designs that interest you or your team or theme colors and I’ll mail something close if I have it on hand. You will receive a sample pack of over runs, these will not be personalized to your event.

How This Works:
Once you purchase I will send you a questionnaire so that you can gather all your wedding's and your wedding party's information and then once you send that back to me with your photos I will get to making you your very own Wedding Day Program! Then I will email you a digital proof in a few days. I will then revise it based on your feedback until you are absolutely satisfied. Then I will print and assemble your wedding programs and mail them to you Priority Mail in the U.S. or International First Class for shipments outside of the U.S.
