UK shipping: Orders are shipped 2nd class (once shipped delivery typically takes 3-4 business days) or 1st class if you wish to upgrade at the checkout (once shipped 1st class typically takes 1-2 business days). Please note that Etsy's delivery dates are *estimated* dates, your order may arrive before or after the dates Etsy estimates.

International shipping: International delivery times can vary a lot so please ensure you have ordered in plenty of time if you need to receive your order by a certain date. Most international deliveries will arrive in 1-3 weeks but due to potential delays please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Although they shouldn’t vary too much, colours can appear differently on your monitor than they do in real life.

All items are water resistant but are not waterproof.

Your order will ship without tracking, if you require tracking please contact me before placing an order and I can get a quote for you, but please be aware that shipping from the UK with tracking is expensive.

If your shipping address is incorrect please contact me as soon as possible and as long as your package hasn’t shipped I will alter the address for you. If your package has already shipped you will need to wait for the package to be returned to me and you will need to pay for the shipping to have it re-shipped, please ensure your address is correct when you place your order to ensure it isn’t returned to sender. I can only be responsible for orders that I have been given the correct address for.

All items will ship in individual gift bags wrapped in bubblewrap inside a padded envelope to keep them safe in transit. I don’t include an invoice inside the packaging as I love trees and you’ll receive an electronic one which you can print if necessary.

Please remember that orders ship from England and international shipping may take several weeks. If you’re outside of the UK and your order hasn’t arrived after 6 weeks please get in touch and I will be more than happy to replace your order. For orders within the UK please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged please send me a photo and I will replace it immediately.

Royal Mail has issued the following dates as their 'latest recommended posting dates':
-19th of December - 2nd Class post
-21st of December - 1st Class post

The items in my shop are made to order so for me to be able to ship by these dates please order at least two days in advance.

Please remember that Royal Mail doesn't guarantee Christmas delivery, these are guideline dates only.

They are made from silver and bronze plated metal alloy, free of lead and nickel and made with love in a smoke-free environment.
