Custom and personalized orders

All my items are made to order based on the size and style of the item you place the order for. Please review sizing of the collar you are ordering for your dog, both width and "fit up" to length/size. I do not know what kind of dog you have and cannot see your dog so I cannot accept returns or exchanges. One of my customers thought to donate an item she purchased that was too big for her pup to a local rescue - which is a fabulous idea, again another win-win situation!

Once your order is in the hands of the USPS it is out of my control. I always deliver your package to the USPS, but from there on, it is no longer in my control. Please make sure to always completely and accurately enter your shipping address. I cannot re-route packages if you enter the incorrect address or ship to the wrong address. Once a package shows delivered, the order is considered shipped and delivered, any further questions must be directed to the USPS. PLEASE NOTE that it is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct. Overseas Purchasers are responsible for all customs and duties due on there orders once they arrive at their destination, I have no control over Customs, their policies and/or fees.

I'm not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, not delivered or damaged by the USPS. Once it leaves my hands it is out of my control. If you have any issue with your delivery please contact your local postal office with the tracking number provided. If you wish to have insurance on your order you MUST pick USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option. Priority Mail automatically carries $50.00 in insurance coverage. I am unable to insure any package, it is the USPS that covers the Insurance on Priority Mail Packages. If your package shows delivered by the USPS they will not honor an Insurance claim. Any Insurance Claim must be filed through the USPS, I cannot handle any aspect of your claim.

Custom and personalized orders

Please read descriptions carefully. All orders are custom made especially for you based on the order you place. Please note items cannot be returned or exchanged if you order the incorrect size, decide you don't like the style, expose it to corrosive products or situations, use it in a manner in which it is not intended. I am also not responsible for the USPS. If you have concerns your package may not make it to you, please pick USPS Priority Mail as your option, there is $50.00 insurance on all USPS Priority Mail packages. Once I drop your order off at the USPS, I am no longer in control of the package. If you have questions or concerns please message me before placing your order.

What happens if a package shows "Delivered" but I do not have it?

If your tracking states your package has been 'delivered' but you do not have it please notify your local post office immediately. CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE and inquire with your tracking number. It is likely your postal carrier will know where it was placed. The faster contact is made with them the more likely they are to find it. We cannot be responsible for errors in shipping address or errors made by your local postal carriers. Please inquire in your area.

You are responsible for picking the correct size that will fit your dog, that includes width of the collar. Also 1" wide collars will have 1" collar width sized buckles on them. One inch wide collars are usually made for bigger or stockier dogs, therefore the buckle/hardware on them will be appropriate for that type of dog and collar width. I cannot vary the size of buckle or the width of the collar that is shown in the listing once you have the item (please read the description, don't just go by the way the pictured item "looks" on your screen). If you have any questions please reach out to me before placing your order and I will try to help you pick the most appropriate size collar based on all the information you give me.

Please make sure to read the description of the item and make sure you are ordering an appropriate width collar for your dog. One inch width collars are usually for bigger or stockier dog types. Metal Buckles are a heavier buckle type than a plastic buckle. The buckles used on the 1" wide collars are appropriate, good and sturdy buckles for 1" wide collars. I would not consider 1" wide collars appropriate for toy breeds (even if the collar is super cute). If you really like a ribbon, but realize it won't work for your pup, please message me, I can always make a Key FOB for you in that ribbon.

Turn around time can be anywhere between same day and 4 days, in which I have the item made. Delivery time is determined by the USPS.

Most tag holders make the tag hang low, see the picture above for comparison of other tags holders and my tag holder. The other tag holder hangs low on the dogs chest, and when you hang tags on the collars dee ring, your leash clip may accidentally become hooked to it causing an unsafe leash attachment and the potential to lose your tags.

Each tag Holder is sewn by me on an Industrial Sewing Machine.
