Standard shipping is an un-tracked service - if you require a tracked shipping service this is available as a shipping upgrade when ordering.

All delivery times are used as a guideline - delivery times can not be guaranteed - sometimes there are delays to international delivery times due to customs and/or bad weather.
Standard UK postage is Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Standard International postage is a Royal Mail untracked service.

The shipping dates for customised flower orders are a guideline - I will always endeavour to make your order by the expected shipping date but sometimes orders can take longer to make depending on size ans style. It always helps if you add a wedding date to wedding flower orders.

Due to the continued delays with shipping from the UK to Canada, all orders being shipped to Canada May take longer than the estimated delivery times. All international orders will be posted by Standard International shipping unless a shipping upgrade is requested at the time of ordering.

All images are printed on quality photo paper - however the quality of the picture depends on the quality of the image provided.

If you wish to return an item from outside the U.K. please ensure you mark the parcel/packet as ‘a return’ or it may be subject to U.K. import tax which will be deducted from the refund.
