Your satisfaction is my first priority. I take pride in all my handmade items. Mother Bliss only accept exchanges or returns on the basis that the item is faulty. All sales are final but if you are truly unhappy with a purchase then please feel free to shoot me message! This will be done on a case by case basis as long as it’s within 3 business days of receipt of purchase and in its original condition (not washed or used). Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping expenses.

All products are handmade and no two products will be identical. Please note that I take great care in describing and visually representing all products accurately however there may be slight variations on fabric placement, color and dimensions.

Make sure to check your personalization line, as we are NOT responsible for any mistakes you make. It will be printed exactly as you specify. Personalized items are NOT returnable/exchangeable.

It is very rare that packages are lost or delayed during transit; however, unfortunately it does happen. If you have not received your order in 14 days from the shipping date, please contact us and we help you in locating/contacting the postal service. Once a claim is submitted, it could take USPS 2-4 weeks for the package to be found. In most instances, packages are recovered and will be delivered. We will do anything we can to help locate your missing package. Please understand it is frustrating for us too! In the event an order is not delivered within a reasonable amount of time, we will use our best judgment to reach an agreement for both parties.

All items are made to order. When you place the order, I immediately place it in my queue to be handcrafted to perfection. Orders are made and packed/shipped in the order they arrive. This means there may be a good amount of orders ahead of yours. As much as I’d love to ship as fast as Amazon, it’s just not possible - I am a one mom show here! You should receive an estimated time for delivery on your order receipt sent by Etsy, but if you can't find, it, please let me know!
