Orders creation time is 1 - 8 weeks. Before purchasing please contact us. Custom order - we can make any product that is not available in the store (both from existing franchises and something based on a custom sketch or idea). Customization - we can change the color, material, size, and functionality of any part of the costumes available in the store. Part of a costume - You can buy not the entire costume, but any part of any costume. For custom orders, we ship the suit only after receiving a photo/video report and approval from the customer.

We make shoes and costumes based on your individual body measurements. Replicas and some other props have standard sizes. Eventhough it may vary or can be changed because we accept custom request.

Rush orders and express delivery

We can provide urgent production out of turn with the fastest delivery. We manufacture orders within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order and measurements. Also, you can always order express shipping (UPS delivery (4-5 days))

We always respond to you within one business day, except for certain holidays and weekends. After all, we need to rest sometimes too, right? :)

Gift wrapping and packaging

The clothes are packed in fabric bags, props and replicas are packed in foam and bubble wrap.

Organizational standards

We manufacture costumes according to the standards of the 501st Legion and Rebel Legion organizations. These are global fan and charitable organizations that only accept costumes that are made according to standards, correspond to the original characters, and are accredited by legion officers. Some legion events are open exclusively to members of the organization. Legion members are invited to official Star Wars events and even as extras on the sets of films and TV series based on the franchise.

This hat has far beyond exceeded my expectations and I am beyond stoked to rock it at ACen, Fan Expo, AND Bristol Renaissance Faire this year! Olha was extremely helpful and thorough helping me out with the measurements and what-not(64cm if anyone cares, I have a huge dome!) and the hat fits dang-near flawlessly and looks so sick! If I had to say ANY criticism (more like a minor nit-pick) is that I can't nod my head super hard or the hat with sag and nearly fall down, but like I said, that's more of a nit-pick, and I'm honestly reaching really far lol. TLDR; Wonderful shop, wonderful craftsmanship, and extra wonderful staff!
