Notes on Shipping

Shipping in Canada is very expensive and I do not make money on my shipping charges, in most cases I end up paying extra to ship.



I ship most my items without a tracking number* If you'd like to add tracking please message me prior to paying and I will invoice you with updated shipping cost.
(cost to add tracking will increase shipping price by $3-$6 dollars)

I always try and ship my parcels within 24 hours (except holidays), it, on average, takes 1-2 weeks to cross the border/customs, most packages reach their destination within 2-4 weeks. Please do not hold this against me as I cannot control the post offices of either country. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you!


For international buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.


Returns:

Will be considered!

Item must be returned in condition it was sent in (unworn, with tags, not scented with parfum or laundry detergent etc.)

Return shipping is the buyers responsibility, if item is returned without a tracking number and item is lost in mail, no refund will be given for any expenses incurred, items original cost or original shipping charges.

Once package arrives in my possession I will refund original shipping charges and items cost, Item may be subject to a $1.20 restocking fee which may be deducted from refund
