Returns and Exchanges

Every Sexy Skins Leather piece is made with years of experience, premium materials, and meticulous craftsmanship. Your satisfaction matters deeply to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please convo me within 7 days of receiving your order to request authorization for a return or exchange. • Returned items must be received within 14 days of delivery and must be in new, unworn, and salable condition with original tags and interior packaging intact. • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. • A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

I stand by the design, craftsmanship, and quality of every handmade piece. If a product experiences a material or workmanship defect (such as a hardware failure or stitching issue) within 30 days of delivery, I will repair or replace it at no cost. Please convo me to review your warranty claim for approval. • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. • The buyer is responsible for shipping both to and from my studio. • Warranty service requires the item to be returned for inspection and repair. • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, mishandling, wear and tear, neglect, improper storage, sizing errors, or the natural aging of leather. After 30 days, repairs are available for a service fee to cover labor and materials.

Non-Warranty Repairs and Non-Returnable Items

Non-Warranty Repairs For non-warranty repairs or sizing issues resulting from inaccurate measurements, please convo me for an estimate before shipping. All repairs must be approved before returning item. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Non-Returnable Items • Custom and Semi-Custom orders (including items made to your size, color, bead preferences) • Altered or Personalized items • Intimate Apparel (to include booty shorts, bikini tops and bottoms) • Sale items and items marked “Final Sale” • Leather rings • Downloads and digital products Leather is a natural material. Variations in color, texture, softness, markings, and grain are part of its beauty and do not constitute defects or grounds for return.

Returns & Authorization We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions or that show signs of wear, damage, or odor including perfumes, and items marred with hair and makeup products. All returns, exchanges, and warranty repairs must be pre-approved before shipping the item back. Please contact me to discuss your situation and receive a return authorization number. Items returned without authorization may be refused or subject to additional handling fees. Every leather hide is unique. Color Disclaimer Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and natural hide variations. These differences are normal and not considered defects or grounds for return.

When will my order ship?

Ship dates are noted during the check out process are estimated and set based upon the longest amount of time required to make that particular piece. In most cases, you will receive your order well before that date. PLEASE let me know if you desire or need it sooner - I will do my very best to accommodate you. CUSTOM ORDERS require additional time for delivery because I believe in personalized service and work with each customer individually to provide the best design and the best fit. How long does shipping take?

Please make sure all SHIP TO information is accurate before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages that are lost in shipment. Production time varies from item to item. Below is an estimation of delivery times via USPS: USA Standard First Class: 3-5 business days Priority Mail: 2-3 business days Priority Express Mail:1-2 business days International: 10 to 14 days from ship date, but can sometimes take as long as 6-8 weeks depending on location and customs. Rush shipping upgrades are available in your cart at checkout. Please remember that the transit times listed only estimates and not guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date, please let me know prior to ordering. I will do my very best to accommodate you.

All designs, images, products, and original construction methods are the intellectual property of Lisa Maria Cantalupo and are protected by copyright law. Purchase of a product does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on these designs or their construction. Unauthorized use of designs, imagery, or construction methods for commercial or non-commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent.

What is custom designing and can I get an estimate?

Custom designing is when I create a design especially for you; your specific needs and desires, taste and style. I make a pattern which is tailored to your body using your measurements. I gather samples of leather; any type, texture, color. It can be your vision, or my vision for you. I will give estimate ranges over the phone or email once I have the details of your project, i.e. photographs, sketches, style, size, time frame, etc. You may send your information to lisa@lisacantalupo.com or convo me on etsy. An exact estimate of your project is given once we have committed to working together; a design contract is signed and a $150.00 design fee is paid (it will be applied to the balance of your order). He asked for a Jason Momoa style leather cuff; wild and messy, primal and adventurous. A cuff that wraps around the wrist and ties. He wanted it to be organic looking, simple in design and made with a crinkled leather.

So...

I imagined what it would be like to be a leather worker with access to only two tools; a blade and fire. I designed a leather cuff that uses no metal or machine made hardware. The button is handmade from the grain portion of a Tucson Bison hide; cut, skived, dampened, glued, and rolled. The leather laces are hand-cut from a deerskin leather hide then braided together to make long leather ties. The edges of the cuff are burnt using the flame from a candle. The design I created is original, and the process I would say is unique.

• 1 - long hand-cut and hand-braided deerskin leather tie wraps around the wrist two times. Available in All Black, All Chocolate, or Black & Chocolate Combo.
