Please measure your thigh wherever you plan to wear the garter (usually 4-6 inches or 10-15cm above the knee) and choose the option that corresponds. Make sure you are standing up! If your measurement is not listed, send us a message with your measurement after you order and we'll make one especially for you. One size may fit all, but it’s not possible for it to fit everyone perfectly so we make our garters in different sizes to look beautiful on everyone.
