The standard shipping is a simple priority shipment. Shipping times will vary based on your location. Orders shipped within the United States will take 4-6 business days depending on your location. Most orders shipped within Europe will take 3-6 business days.

Once the order is shipped, YIPIKAI is no longer responsible of it, and the lost mail is the post office's only responsibility. However, if you haven't received your order 30 business days after shipping was confirmed, contact us and we'll find a solution.

In the event you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the damaged item along with a description of the damage to be eligible for a free replacement to the following email address : hello@yipikai.fr

In the event you receive an item that was made in error, please send a photograph along with a description of the Item that was made incorrectly and we will mail you a replacement within 48 hours.
