Seller is quick to reply to messages. They were able to accommodate my shipping date request and to change the design slightly for me. The v-neck shirt does run small. So, I would recommend ordering a size up. Also, the shirt I received was a light grey and not dark grey as pictured in the posting. The bow wasn’t included either.

I have never had to leave a bad review before, but here it goes: I ordered this banner on May 23rd, with "needed by June 15th" written in the notes, because the party is to take place on June 22nd, and I wanted everything here, well in advance. My end says that the banner was "shipped" on June 11th, but there was not a tracking number provided. I messaged the shop owner on June 17th, to ask if she had a tracking number, because the package still hadn't made it to me, and I wanted to be sure the mail carrier didn't deliver it to the wrong address. The shop owner has yet to message me back, and I still do not have the banner. I am highly disappointed in the customer service provided, or the lack there of. I have never had any issues with any Etsy shops, prior to this, so this was extremely unexpected.
