The processing time for each item will vary but I will always work as quickly as I can to get your order shipped. All orders are shipped from the UK twice a week (usually Tuesdays and Fridays, however, these days may vary).

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail unless advised otherwise. UK orders will be shipped 1st Class and international orders are shipped using International Standard Shipping.

You can upgrade your shipping to a tracked service at the check out.

If you would like your order to ship using a tracked service you can select a shipping upgrade option when you check out. I will then send you a tracking number when your order ships.

Tracking is not available with the standard shipping options (Royal Mail 1st Class or International Standard Shipping).

Unfortunately I don't currently offer gift wrapping or gift messaging on orders but if you mark your order as a gift I will make sure there are no prices shown inside the parcel (customs labels showing prices are a legal requirement for overseas shipping and will be placed on the outside of the box if required).

Under normal circumstances it can take up to 1 week for UK shipping and 3 weeks for international shipping. With everything that's happening at the moment your order may now take up to 8 weeks to arrive.
