We aim to ship most days, though occasionally this isn't always possible. Please let us know if you need an item quickly & we will do our best to ship as soon as we are able.

UK ORDERS:
UK First Class mail should arrive within 3 business days from shipping date. If an order does not arrive within 2 weeks please let us know and we will look into it. Please allow extra time around holiday periods or if you have a deadline.

All items are posted with Royal Mail or via a courier, depending on the size of your order. If you have requested that your order is trackable, we will send you the tracking information once the order is dispatched.

All parcels have a proof of posting receipt, but we do not generally use a tracking service, due to the high costs in relation to the goods. If you require that your order is signed for upon delivery please email us and we can inform you of any additional costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Airmail should take 5-7 working days but can sometimes take up to 3 weeks especially at busy times. Unfortunately there isn't a faster way of sending orders, see below for information on tracked services.

TRACKING: Your order will be posted using standard first class or airmail, therefore I am unable to provide a tracking number for you. If you require tracking please let me know before placing your order and I can inform you of the extra cost.

IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES:
Please be aware that any import taxes are to be paid by the customer. Now that the UK has left the EU there may be import taxes added to some EU orders. Please note I cannot be held responsible for this.

Please note the colours of products may differ slightly from those you see on screen due to the nature of monitor colour settings.

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

My company Maggiemagoo Designs is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE4591479651934. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.
