Turnaround time is the amount of time it takes once you’ve placed your order, until your order goes out for shipping. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for USPS to deliver within the US. I will always send you tracking info the day your order ships.

Shipped on time, love the lettering; however, the frame itself is super light and just seems cheap. I was expecting a material of a little higher quality.
