No, unless the item is damaged. As all our products are made to order so we can not accept returns. We strongly urge buyers to purchase a fabric swatch first, to be sure of the colour before purchase.

How long will my item take?

Our lead time is usually 1 - 2 weeks. But if you need something sooner please get in touch to arrange. Delivery within Europe : 3 - 5 working days International Delivery time : 7 - 10 working days

I only suppy inserts for long lumbar pillows ( 12 x 36 , 14 x 36, 12 x 42 ) All other sizes are covers only. Inserts can be found online from Etsy, Ebay, Amzon etc I recommend using an insert 1-2 inches bigger than the cover itself for a nice full looking pillow. Also, I can adjust a cover to fit any size insert, messge me to discuss!

Dry clean is recommened. However all pillow covers may be machine washed on a cold gentle cycle. Air dry flat. Please turn cover inside out first. Once dry steam iron on both sides to remove any creases.

Appears to be well made and fabric of good quality. Color is not quite a vibrant as pictured, but I did expect this as velvet is notoriously difficult to photograph. My one complaint is that it smells pretty bad - almost fishy. I could smell it before I even opened the box! It has dissipated some after a few days, but it may require a wash before I can use it.
