NB: Work on custom creations starts only after the purchase (and payment) on the insert I will create for you.
For "made to order" creations (upon order), the realization time will be agreed upon at your request, the times may vary for several reasons.
After shipment I will send you a message on the order page, the time for delivery will not depend on my will.

Each item shipped is packed of appropriate size with the shop's mark, inside, to cushion the bumps, the gaps will be filled with appropriate filling material. Each pack is accompanied by a label on the purchased item, business card and descriptive flyer of the store.

I'm interested, but at the moment I'm still not well equipped. However, if you are interested in my creations, contact me and maybe together we will find a brilliant solution!

I'm committed to the fact that the descriptive photos of my creations are true to reality but it may happen that the color looks slightly different from the actual one, perhaps for the different calibrations of the colors and brightness of PC monitors, Tablets, Smartphones.

If you need to make a gift or wish to receive the item purchased for a specific day, let me know and I will tell you if you can receive it by that date, however I will do my best to meet your needs!

In the pre-Christmas period, shipments may take longer, I'm sorry.
For shipments in Italy after 10th December I can not guarantee that the creations bought arrive in time for parties.
For shipments to foreign countries after December 5th I can not guarantee that the creations bought arrive in time for the holidays.

For international shipments, the amounts relating to taxes, duties and customs duties applied in the buyer's country are to be borne by the buyer and must be paid upon arrival of the goods.
Etsy sellers can not know their amounts for all countries around the world and are not allowed to apply them to the sale price.
