We send our decals using USPS First Class. If you need your order sent expedited, please send us a message prior to ordering and we can work out the new shipping cost so there aren't any surprises.

Custom and personalized orders

We are completely open to customizations! If you have something in mind, please do not hesitate to send us a message with your idea and we will work together to figure out the details.

Your decal is made of premium Oracal 651 vinyl, which means it is outdoor rated as well as indoor. We've run these decals through the dishwasher with no ill effects, applied them outside in Arizona, had our teenager use them, and they've survived it all! The only thing we recommend not to do is place these on interior walls. They will more than likely pull up paint when removed. We are currently looking into a slightly less hardcore vinyl that will be safe to use on interior walls. If your decal gets dirty, simply wipe with a damp cloth.

How to apply your decal

Our detailed application instructions won't fit here but we send out instructions with every order. They can also be emailed to you by request. Please send us an email at Vault711Designs@gmail.com and we'll send the instructions right over!

Policy on refunds, exchanges and returns

All of our products are custom made to order. There are no refunds, no exchanges and no returns on any of our products. While we make every effort to make sure each decal is as perfect as possible, these are handmade items and minor imperfections can occur. If you feel an item has been grossly misrepresented, please let us know so we can work with you to correct the problem. We want you to be happy with your purchase! If a decal is destroyed during installation, we may offer you a replacement at a reduced cost. In order to qualify for a lower cost replacement, you must send us clear images of the damaged decal.

Wholesale availability

We absolutely will sell wholesale! We've previously worked with companies to make decals of their logo, and lootboxes so they can include our decals. You can contact us directly through Etsy, or email us at Vault711Designs@gmail.com

Gift wrapping and packaging

We offer gift wrapping and packing as an additional service. Simply select the option when checking out! We have a variety of wrapping paper, ranging from plain, to nerdy, to holiday themed. Your wrapping paper will be randomly selected from our stock (with an attempt to match to your decal purchase if possible), but if you have a specific request, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! We don't include traditional bows to help keep shipping costs down, but usually add a simple ribbon bow. We can also include a To and From sticker at your request.

Most of our decal sizes can be adjusted. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us (prior to ordering) so we can determine if the size requested is possible, and to determine a new price if the sizing is drastically different.

Can't decide between being a Paragon or Renegade? Be a Paragade! Or a Renegon! This vinyl decal is the best of both worlds! Made of premium Oracal 651 vinyl this decal measures 3.75" x 3.75" and is suitable for placing just about anywhere! Decorate your car, e-reader, laptop, water bottles, and more! If you're unfamiliar with how vinyl decals work, this are just the Paragrade design in the colors you choose. The white background is just the paper that holds the design. Our transfer tape sometimes has a blue grid design and it is not part of the design of the decal. The transfer tape is used in applying your decal and will be removed, leaving just the vinyl. As always, these decals can be customized either larger or smaller. Just send us a message prior to ordering so we can work out the details!

The color chart indicates the colors we currently carry. Color appearance can vary depending on your screen, settings, resolution, etc.

Vinyl decals apply best to smooth, non-porous surfaces. Please keep your intended surface in mind when purchasing, as it will not stick as well to a textured surface. Also keep in mind that vinyl decals are removable, but not reusable. Choose your placement well before applying!
