If you are not seeing any font at all, please make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader (it´s called Adobe Reader DC). This software is completely FREE and can be downloaded here: get.adobe.com/reader

If you are using a Mac, the file must be personalized on Adobe Reader, not Preview, the default PDF reader for Mac. Just open the file by right clicking on the icon, selecting "Open with --> Adobe Reader". That will prevent the use of Preview.

No, since they are password protected PDFs. You cannot send the PDF as is to places as Vistaprint. But I can make you a JPG version of your invitation, free of charge! Just ask me on Etsy´s message system.

To protect my designs, the files are protected with password. This will allow you to edit the text in Adobe Reader DC, but you cannot edit the file in Photoshop or Illustrator.
