We sand and water seal or stain our products as described in the item listing. As with all wood products, buyers must upkeep products based on use and wear and tear. Re-sanding, cleaning, and staining may be required intermittently.

Wholesale availability

Damaged Packages Or Items

Please inspect all packages before opening. If packaging looks damaged, please take a picture of the packaging before opening. DO NOT THROW PACKAGING AWAY. If you open your package and discover an item has been damaged during shipping, please send us clear pictures of the item and the packaging, and a detailed description of the damage ASAP. DO NOT THROW PACKAGING AWAY. DO NOT THROW DAMAGED ITEM AWAY OR ALTER IT IN ANY WAY. We purchase insurance on our packages, and we have to have the packaging and the broken item in order to properly file a damage claim.
